Low energy and in particular Passivhaus builds result in very low heating requirements. Passivhaus values of 10w/m² of heating input mean an average 100m² house requires just 1Kw of heat when the outside temperature is -10°C outside. Most standard heating appliances are unable to modulate down this low which means they are working inefficiently. We are currently putting together heating solutions aimed specifically at Passivhaus and low energy builds.
