Palletised Deliveries.
Via national carriers for palletised goods which are delivered on rigid, flatbed, curtain-sided lorries. (These are large so we must be notified if you have any access restrictions). These lorries do not have crane offload. Please notify us when the order is placed if a tail lift vehicle is required. In order for the tail lift to be able to offload your goods you must have a hard, flat area, suitable for a pallet lift. Gravel is not a suitable surface. Otherwise a fork lift truck or sufficient hands should be available. The driver is not obliged to help unload.
Pallet sizes are:

• Half pallet - weight up to 500kg, dimensions 1.2 x 1.2 x 0.9 m high.
   
• Full pallet - weight up to 1000kg but oversize pallets are 1200kg (can only tail lift a maximum of 1000kg), dimensions 1.2 x 1.2 x 1.8 m high - oversize pallets are 2.4 x 1.2 x 1.8 m high.

Delivery is charged per pallet and rates vary depending upon the postcode.
Delivery times will vary depending on the products ordered and may come in separate batches. Some deliveries will have specific delivery dates but this can not always be guaranteed. We will be as flexible as we can to meet your delivery requirements and will inform you of any changes to your expected delivery time as soon as possible. Parcel Deliveries

Smaller deliveries are made using national parcel delivery companies (usually but not exclusively City Link or Parcel Force). Charges are calculated per item and when ordered before 12pm will usually be delivered next working day. Please ensure someone is at the delivery address to receive the order. If you miss a delivery it may not necessarily be delivered the next day.

THE DELIVERY CHARGES AND OPTIONS SHOWN AT THE CHECK OUT APPLY ONLY TO THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH DO NOT INCLUDE DELIVERY ALREADY.
